Wheelchair-Srey Det

Srey Det is 25 year-old-girl who lives in Kvav Village, Kok Chork Commune, Siem Reap District, Siem Reap Province. She got a type of illness that shaking her body and limb since 2008 by drug abuse. She cannot walk anywhere by herself. She usually sleeps on the floor. If she wants to move somewhere, she has to ask someone for help. Sometimes, she is very boring in her life because it is very hard to live in this world with her illness. She always imagines if she has a wheelchair she can go out and visit her neighbors because they are very kinds; they always give some food for her. But how does her dream come true if her family is so poor.

“I’m very happy when I know I can get wheelchair because it is very important for my life.” Srey Det said.

“I want to say thank God, donor, CBN Cambodia so much for loving and caring me. Now I can say my life is changing because I have a wheelchair for my own. It can move me to anywhere that I want. Especially, I can go to visit my neighbors, and to see everything around me. Thank you!” Srey Det said.
